How to Subscribe to Poly Prep Calendars

Calendar subscriptions allow one to always be up to date. Poly Prep offers families the ability to subscribe to calendar events for Lower, Middle, and Upper schools. Families may subscribe to all events, a filtered calendar by division, or specific areas like Arts or Athletics. As events are added or updated, they will appear automatically on your personal calendar.

This calendar on this site is not all inclusive. For non-public events, parents may access the full calendar by logging into the Parent Portal.

Apple iCal

1. In calendar, choose File > New Calendar Subscription.
2. Enter the calendar’s web address, then click Subscribe.
3. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color to help you identify it in your calendar.

Google Calendar

1. On your computer, open Google Calendar
2. On the left, next to “Other calendars,” click Add and then From URL.
3. Enter the calendar’s address in the field provided.
4. Click Add calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under “Other calendars.”

Outlook Calendar

1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.
2. A the bottom of the page, select Calendar to go Calendar.
3. In the navigation pane, select Import Calendar.
4. Under Import calendar, select From web.
5. Under Link to the calendar, type the URL from the linked calendar.
6. Under Calendar name, type the name you want to use for the calendar.
7. Select Import.
